POLICY STATEMENT
This manual contains statements of personnel policies and procedures to be followed by all employees of the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library System. It is designed to serve as a reference and working guide for the library’s personnel policies, procedures, and practices. These written policies should increase understanding, eliminate the need for personal decisions on matters of library policy, and help to ensure uniformity throughout the organization. It is the
responsibility of each and every staff member to adhere to these policies.
