6.7 STAFF DEVELOPMENT DAY

To promote a spirit of continual staff training and system wide communication, the library sets aside one day each year for staff to meet and train together. Each employee is expected to attend this annual Staff Development Day. The entire library system will be closed to the public on this day. The Staff Development Day shall normally be scheduled on a Monday, to minimize public service disruptions to the library’s customers.
