This year's winter reading challenge is based on the logging of reading minutes and not the number of titles, so a bit more tailored to the promotion of making time for reading in our busy lives. Also, we know that reading is its own reward, so badges will allow you to compete with your friends and track your goals, but prize giveaways will not play a big part of the challenge. If you complete the entire challenge, you can check with your local BLRL branch to see if they are awarding prize books. Prizes are optional and are limited by supply at participating BLRL locations.
