You can register for an electronic library card (E-CARD) right now and be enjoying online library resources right away. After you fill out and submit the registration form below you will receive your E-CARD via email. Barry or Lawrence County, Missouri, residency restrictions apply.
Receiving your e-card may take around 24-48 hours, but we will try to send it sooner.
Note: Your e-card gives you access to Libby, Hoopla, and other online library services, BUT it won't allow you to reserve (hold) books until you have a full library card at the time of your first visit to the library.
