If you are reading this on your computer, laptop, or tablet, you may be one of the hundreds of library patrons that don't realize that the blrLibrary.org is totally "mobile friendly."
Statistics show that only 43% of the Barry-Lawrence Regional Library's Patrons use mobile devices to use our website. Why is that number a bit lower than some sites? Our old library website (R.I.P.) was not too great on mobile devices, so its possible that many regular library patrons just don't know that now that all of the great services the library offers are literally in the palm of their hand.
Your smartphone can now use the blrLibrary.org website to find titles to borrow, reserve books, see when titles are due back, and download all types of media via hoopla and libby apps. The new mobile site gives users a pared-down version that still delivers all the crucial info and valuable functions of the desktop version. Our mobile-friendly website is like having your friendly local librarian in your pocket anytime day or night because the online library is always open.
