NEW MONETT LIBRARY
For those that value reading and life-long learning, a library is the heart of a community. A Library is not just for the young or old, the poor or the rich; a library is a place for everyone. It is, for most people, a source of civic pride. Locally supported services provided to our local friends and neighbors. With our help, the New Monett Library project is “Building the Heart of Our Community.”
On August 24th, 2021, we will break ground on The New Monett Library. Community support funds everything the Library does, and this six million dollar project is no exception. Now is the time for you to join the rest of the community and consider donating. The Barry-Lawrence Regional Library is a charitable organization for tax purposes, and every donor (that wishes to be named) will be recognized with a plaque in the New Library. If you do contribute, 100% of your donation will go to the construction and equipment for the Monett Library.
YOU ARE INVITED TO THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE NEW MONETT LIBRARY.
