The Miller Branch serves a primarily rural farming area in northern Lawrence County and a population of approximately 750 plus the surrounding area.
Community Events: Miller is the home of the Miller Fall Festival, a three-day event, held each year on Labor Day weekend. The Festival is sponsored by the Miller Lions Club and American Legion Post #120. It includes a parade, carnival rides, baby contest, children`s games, musical entertainment, and dances.
